About Ruby

Although I am a Counselor by Profession, I consider myself primarily to be a Facilitator. My purpose is to create the space and conditions for people and organizations to meet their peak potential. I have been practicing for 12 years. I began to offer professional and organizational development services after noticing a pattern with my clients. I had assisted several counseling clients in moving from anxiety and depression to starting their own businesses and creating fulfilling careers. I enjoy teaching and currently serve a Senior Adjunct Faculty Member at Argosy University in the Community Counseling Program.
