Ruby Blow & Associates LLC does business as (DBA) Development Counts. Ruby Blow is the sole owner and operator and service provider at Development Counts. I enlist administrative support and technical support for book keeping, website management, hosting and updates. Ruby Blow is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

The contact page is not intended for use for people seeking counseling or therapy. Development Counts is no longer accepting new or returning therapy clients. Please see the counseling page for more details developmentcounts.com/counseling/

The contact form and weekly e-blast enrollment are managed through the use of Infusionsoft a customer relationship management system. Your name and e-mail address are not shared, sold or given to any other party or affiliate.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on this site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Payments information: Payments information provided by you via the Website will be collected, stored and processed by PayPal, woocommerce, and any other third party payment service providers as designated by Development Counts from time to time. Payments information includes credit / debit card numbers and other related payment information. PayPal, woocommerce, and any other third party payment service providers will be responsible for your payments information which will be subject to the privacy policy of PayPal (available here https://www.paypal.com/ua/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full), woocommerce, or any other third party service provider as applicable. Your information may also be transferred directly to the Development Counts quickbooks account for the purpose of bookkeeping.

Who we share your data with

Your data is not shared with anyone other than Development Counts admin staff for the purpose of fulfilling orders and correspondence.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase, correct or update any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Such as information about purchases you made via developmentcounts.com.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Your data is stored in our customer relationship system Infusionsoft; as well as in WordPress via secure log in if you sign up for online continuing education classes.

Your contact information

Your contact information is stored on Development Counts’ wordpress if you set up an account via the website. It is also stored in the Development Counts Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

How we protect your data

Your data is protected via encryption on the Development Counts’ website, CRM, Development Counts’ payment processing systems and accounting system Quickbooks.

What data breach procedures we have in place

You may request that your data and information be deleted and removed from our system via infusionsoft (CRM) in the weekly e-mail. Another option is to e-mail info@developmentcounts.com.

What third parties we receive data from

Development Counts does not receive data via third parties.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

If you register for a workshop, purchase a product or sign up for an account, the information you enter is used to identify you for reminders and content related to your purchase or membership.
