Who is Minding your Business?

Whether you have your own business or not. We all have to go about the business of life. It is often the busy and endless tasks of our work that keep us from the other aspects of living.

Having a team of people that support your business tasks is vital to growth.

Because it allows your business to function efficiently and to function without you if you necessary.

No one is successful alone. While there may be many tasks that only you can complete. It does not mean that you should do everything yourself.

What are the activities that you should task someone else to complete? (accounting, bookkeeping, billing, website development and maintenance, making copies, filing, responding to simple requests for information etc…)

If you think you can’t afford it, the truth is you can’t afford not to employ your success team.

If your business involves serving others and you don’t allow others to serve you because you believe:

  • “it takes longer;”
  • “I can’t afford it;” or
  • “If you want something done right, do it yourself.”
  • You are missing out on the fuel that can propel you forward.

Just as laughter begets laughter… service from others, begets service to others.

If you are in the flow of creating, giving, providing and receiving your business will inevitably grow.

  • Create your menu of services based on both your passion, your gifts and your developed skills!
  • Give your time in service to others. Set your fees based on the value you provide and your financial goals. Keep entry level services accessible, so people can find out how great you are!
  • Provide opportunities for other entrepreneurs by hiring them for their expertise and skills!
  • Receive what your “team” has to offer and believe that you deserve to be supported!
